There is marked tri-ventricular non-communicating hydrocephalus resulting in peri-ventricular white matter loss. There is no transependymal edema. Appearances are likely longstanding. The fourth ventricle is effaced. There is an impression of crowding at the foramen magnum.
Case Discussion
The features are more in favor of aqueductal stenosis resulting in chronic marked tri-ventricular hydrocephalus.
