Cervical spondylosis is noted with narrowed disc spaces and corresponding exit foramina at C5-6 and C6-7 levels.

Incidental note of occipital spur.

Case Discussion

This is an incidentally discovered occipital spur, which is a normal variant, usually asymptomatic and normally of no clinical significance. X-ray is conclusive and no further evaluation is required.
