Occlusion infrarenal aorta and common iliac arteries with filling of the inferior mesenteric, femoral, and internal/external iliac arteries from collaterals.
Case Discussion
The inferior mesenteric artery fills retrograde from superior mesenteric artery collaterals. The external/internal iliac and femoral arteries fill from superior to inferior epigastric artery collaterals.
