Right side ocular globe cornea and uveo-scleral layer tear with choroidal hemorrhage and lacrimal gland and preseptal soft tissue swelling are seen. No obvious evidence of the orbital wall fracture is seen. Mild exodeviation of the left eye is seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast orbital MDCT features of the ocular globe cornea and uveo-scleral layer tear with choroidal hemorrhage. Choroidal hemorrhage without vitreous hemorrhage is relatively rare in ocular globe uveo-scleral layer tear.
