Olecranon fracture

There is a minimally displaced, intra-articular fracture of the proximal ulna, which appears to be intra-articular. There is associated significant soft tissue swelling and a left elbow effusion. There is a posterior fat pad sign and a sail sign.
Case Discussion
This is a case of a fracture in a pediatric patient involving the olecranon. The fracture was casted without complication.
