Oligodendroglioma NOS (grade 3)

A large, heterogenous frontal lesion with neovascularity and mass effect is noted.
Case Discussion
Post-operative histology results showed that this was an anaplastic oligodendroglioma (WHO grade 3).
Anaplastic oligodendrogliomas are mostly located within the frontal lobe and are often partially calcified. The peak incidence occurs within middle age, however, it may occur at all ages as seen with this case.
