Orbital blow-out fracture

There is a displaced blow-out fracture in the right orbital medial wall with orbital fat herniation through the fracture gap however lateral rectus muscle appears in its normal location. No evidence of hemorrhage is seen.
The left orbit is unremarkable.
Mucosal thickening of bilateral maxillary and frontal sinuses along with nasal septum deviation with bony septal spur.
Case Discussion
CT findings are concerning for blow-out fracture of the medial wall of the right orbital cavity.
