2.7 x 1.9cm well defined T1 isointense/T2 hyperintense right intraconal lesion causing moderate-severe mass effect on the optic nerve and abutting the medial rectus muscle.
Avid patchy enhancement of the lesion most pronounced peripherally.
Normal left orbit.
