Presentation

Facial trauma and left orbital pain and the left eye upward gaze limitation.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

The left orbital floor displaced fracture with caudal angulation and orbital fat and inferior rectus muscle herniation within the fracture gap and preseptal soft tissue swelling are seen.

The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT feature of orbital floor blow-out fracture with inferior rectus muscle and orbital fat herniation within the fracture gap.
