Left knee joint (lateral view) shows fragmentation of tibial tuberosity with overlying soft tissue swelling. Increased translucency of the lower part of the infrapatellar fat pad. Thickening of the lower part of patellar tendon shadow.
Normal right knee.

Features are consistent with Osgood-Schlatter disease.
