There is a well-defined, oval-shaped, lucent area involving the superior ramus of the right pubic bone with a faint central nidus.
The rest of the visualized bones appear unremarkable.
Imaged pelvic viscera are within normal limits.
Case Discussion
Imaging features and clinical presentation of the patient are typical for osteoid osteoma as described above.
The patient is treated surgically by removal of the lesion and is pain-free currently.
