Cortical irregularity of the right ischiopubic synchondrosis with bone marrow edema extending to the ipsilateral superior pubic ramus.
Edematous infiltration with enhancement of the surrounding soft tissues mainly the obturator muscles with a small abscess formation of the obturator externus.
Case Discussion
The clinical presentation and the MRI features are most consistent with ischiopubic osteomyelitis.
