Mild joint effusion
Ill-defined large heterogeneous enhancing soft tissue mass lesion involving the femoral diaphysis and lateral femoral condyle with epiphyseal involvement associated with areas of cortical destruction, wide zone of transition, marrow infiltration, and extensive periosteal reaction.
Case Discussion
MRI features of aggressive bone lesion associated with cortical destruction, soft tissue components, and periosteal reaction are consistent with conventional high-grade osteosarcoma.
