Knee pain and swelling.

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

A horizontal tear in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus (PHMM), involving the body, with extrusion meniscus, and large hyperintense, lobulated, septated cystic lesion in close relation to the PHMM, bulged in the posteromedial aspect of the knee.
