Presentation

Known case of Hodgkin's lymphoma, post management. Presented with dizziness, unsteady gait and slurred speech.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Shrunken cerebellum showing volume loss, bilateral symmetrical widened folia in both cerebellar hemispheres and vermis, and increased inter-fissure distance.

Preserved size and signal intensity of the cerebellar peduncles, brainstem and scanned part of the spinal cord .

Case Discussion

Volume loss of cerebellum with diffuse atrophic changes seen in cases of Hodgkin's lymphoma is suggestive of paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration.
