Parasagittal meningioma invading superior sagittal sinus

Presentation

Headache.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

A parasagittal well-defined extra-axial soft tissue mass lesion is seen related to the posterosuperior aspect of right parietal lobe. It has a wide dural base on right side of falx cerebri. It shows homogeneous texture with posterior extension through the superior sagittal sinus. It shows homogeneous post-contrast enhancement and thickened enhanced underlying falx. Patent otherwise parts of superior sagittal sinus. It is indenting the underlying posterior part of right parietal lobe.
