A thin fracture of the right posterior parietal bone associated with large overlying sub-galeal collection of heterogeneously iso-dense attenuation is seen at the right parieto-occipital region measuring about 8.5 x 2 cm along its maximum AP x TS diameters.
Case Discussion
Subgaleal hematoma describes scalp bleeding in the potential space between the periosteum and the galea aponeurosis.
