VCUG shows a pear-shaped urinary bladder.
Bilateral vesico-ureteral reflux (VUR) with mildly tortuous and moderately dilated ureters, with contrast reaching blunted dilated calyces (grade IV vesicoureteric reflux).
In addition, degenerative changes are seen in the lumbar spine.
