Perforated peptic ulcer

There is inflammatory fat stranding mostly around the area of the gastric antrum with a hypodense transmural tract superiorly (better seen on coronal views). Associated pneumoperitoneum and free intraperitoneal fluid suggest a perforated gastric ulcer.
Case Discussion
Subsequent surgery confirmed a perforated peptic ulcer.
