Incidentally noted periampullary duodenal diverticulum, with a very narrow neck, in the medial aspect of the second part of the duodenum in the pancreaticoduodenal groove. The diverticulum does not exert any significant mass effect on neighboring structures.
Multiple hepatic metastases of varying sizes.
Case Discussion
This case demonstrates a periampullary duodenal diverticulum, incidentally noted on a CT scan. There is no need for specific medical or imaging management if asymptomatic.
