Presentation

Purulent perianal discharge.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Contrast fistulogram was performed by administering contrast through a feeding tube introduced into the fistulous opening, external to the perianal opening at 10 o'clock to the anal canal. A longitudinal fistulous tract (frontal, lateral) communicating with the rectum (frontal, lateral) is demonstrated.

Case Discussion

Contrast fistulogram revealed a right-sided perianal fistula communicating with the anal canal and opacification of the rectum.
