CT scans show hyperdensity in the interpeduncular and suprasellar cisterns. CT-angiography confirms the presence of the basal artery fusiform aneurysm.

Subarachnoid hemorrhage due to the rupture of the basal artery fusiform aneurysm.
Successfully managed with conservative therapy.
