Presentation

Chronic vague abdominal pain and constipation and weight loss.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

Abdominopelvic MRI with GAD shows extensive ascites with diffuse infiltration of greater omentum and associated enhancment.

Case Discussion

The histopathological diagnosis was finally abdominal mesothelioma. Peritoneal mesothelioma does not tend to spread to distant organs and lymphadenopathy is usually not a feature.
