Accessory tendon slip lateral to the flexor hallucis longus tendon in keeping with peroneocalcaneus internus.
Case Discussion
The peroneocalcaneus tendon slips appears to blend distally with quadratus plantae rather than below the sustentaculum tali as described in the literature.
