Case Discussion
Perthes disease is idiopathic AVN of the femoral head. In the current study, the patient suffers from stage IV Perthes disease with deformity of the femoral physis as well as metaphysis.
The absence of any postromedial slipping of the femoral physis excludes Slipped upper femoral epiphysis (SUFE).
