Presentation

Headache and vertigo.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female
mri

Small well-circumscribed extra-axial mass (measuring 13 X 11 X 10 mm) with broad-based dural attachment to the right aspect of the clivus and petroclival junction, filling the right aspect of the prepontine cistern and located inferomedial to the cisternal portion of the trigeminal nerve. It elicits an isosignal to the cortical grey matter on T1, T2, and high signal FLAIR with vivid homogeneous enhancement, and dural tail sign on postcontrast sequences.

Small vessel ischemic changes are noted.
