Presentation

The patient complained of the presence of hard, palpable nodules within his penis dorsal aspect.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

There are fibrocalcific plaques within the dorsal surface of the penis involving the tunica albugenia.

The penile septum is not involved.

Case Discussion

Fibrocalcific plaques found in the tunica albuginea are indicative of Peyronie's disease.

The appearance of this curvilinear echogenicity with posterior acoustic shadowing is like that of an eyebrow.
