There are fibrocalcific plaques within the ventral surface of the penis involving the tunica albugenia.
The penile septum is not involved.

Fibrocalcific plaques found in the tunica albuginea are indicative of Peyronie's disease.
The appearance of this curvilinear echogenicity with posterior acoustic shadowing is like that of a reverse eyebrow appearance.
