Pisotriquetral osteoarthritis characterized by joint space narrowing, subchondral sclerosis and marginal osteophytes.
Case Discussion
Pisotriquetral osteoarthritis is an often overlooked cause of ulnar-sided wrist pain. It is often associated with flexor carpi ulnaris enthesopathy. A semi-supinated oblique view may be required to demonstrate radiographic changes as the pisotriquetral joint space is not well seen on standard wrist series projections.
