PA chest X-ray shows:
- Bilateral broncho-vascular markings.
- Left lower lung zone shows patchy opacity.
- Normal heart size.
- Both costophrenic angles are clear.
- Both domes of the diaphragm appear normal.
Case Discussion
Control chest X-ray is recommended after two weeks of true antibiotics treatment.
