Presentation

Chief Complaint: cough, fever, cold, and body pain since yesterday.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

PA chest X-ray shows:

  • Bilateral broncho-vascular markings. 
  • Left lower lung zone shows patchy opacity. 
  • Normal heart size. 
  • Both costophrenic angles are clear.
  • Both domes of the diaphragm appear normal.

Case Discussion

Control chest X-ray is recommended after two weeks of true antibiotics treatment.
