There are numerous fluid density lesions seen throughout the liver with the largest in hepatic segment VIII. There are no cysts within the kidneys.
Case Discussion
This is a suspected case of polycystic liver disease. The patient has numerous hypodense, fluid-attenuated hepatic cysts without cyst formation in the kidneys.
