Abnormal cortical thickening and nodular surface of grey white matter interface involving the right cerebral hemisphere particularly the frontal and parietal lobes.
The left cerebral hemisphere is normal.
Normal ventricles and septum pellucidum.
Case Discussion
The findings in this case are typical of polymicrogyria which is one of the developmental grey matter abnormality.
