Presentation

Six toes were noted on the right foot.

Patient Data

Age: 1 year
Gender: Male

No fracture is noted.

Right postaxial polydactyly and bifid fifth metatarsal.

Normal bone density.

Case Discussion

This is a case of incidental postaxial polydactyly although polydactyly can be associated with other syndromes such as trisomy 13, trisomy 21, among others.
