High impacted trauma to the pelvis.

The femoral head lies superoposterior to the acetabulum.

A small fracture fragment lies in the hip joint.

Case Discussion

Complete dislocation of the femoral head.

With any form of joint dislocation check on pre and post manipulation films for any associated fracture fragments.
