There is a mass primarily located in the cortex and subcortical white matter of the left parietal lobe, with considerable mass effect and significant surrounding edema. Prominent restricted diffusion and heterogenous avid enhancement and some cystic changes. There is also adjacent leptomeningeal contrast enhancement.
Susceptibility artefact is due to previous stereotactic biopsy.
Case Discussion
Histologically proven primary CNS lymphoma (NHL) with leptomeningeal spread.
