Well-circumscribed bead-like centrilobular and perilymphatic pulmonary nodules with upper zone predominance.

Conglomerate fibrotic upper zone masses.

Pseudoplaques.

Calcified hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes.

Few calcific foci in the lungs.
