- multiple paratracheal and right hilar pathological lymph nodes with short axis diameter ranging between 9-13 mm.
- in the right S6 of the lung, a 21 x 20 mm spiculated soft tissue mass is visible peripherally.
- ovoid 10 mm soft tissue lesion in the left S10 in the wall of a subpleural bleb.
- smaller noduli and micronoduli bilaterally.
- in the depicted abdomen multiple hypodense punctate liver lesions, likely cysts.
Case Discussion
Transbronchial biopsy confirmed adenocarcinoma.
