Presentation

Asymptomatic, right lower lung zone coin lesion on routine chest x-ray.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female
ct
  • multiple paratracheal and right hilar pathological lymph nodes with short axis diameter ranging between 9-13 mm. 
  • in the right S6 of the lung, a 21 x 20 mm spiculated soft tissue mass is visible peripherally. 
  • ovoid 10 mm soft tissue lesion in the left S10 in the wall of a subpleural bleb. 
  • smaller noduli and micronoduli bilaterally. 
  • in the depicted abdomen multiple hypodense punctate liver lesions, likely cysts.
