Multiple fine branching linear opacities are present in the right lung. Small right pleural effusion with right basilar airspace disease. Enlarged cardiac silhouette, status post prior TAVI.

Status post L4 and L5 vertebroplasty with cement embolism to lumbar veins, the IVC, and lung.
Case Discussion
The "cement" used for vertebroplasty may enter veins and embolize to the lungs, leading to characteristic dense branching pulmonary opacities. Patients are usually asymptomatic.
