Trace bilateral pleural effusions with adjacent passive atelectasis. Prominent central pulmonary vascular without superimposed edema or pneumonia. Enlarged cardiac silhouette status post sternotomy. Left upper lobe nodule.

No pulmonary embolism. Multichamber cardiac dilatation. Trace left and small right pleural effusion with adjacent enhancing passive atelectasis. Left upper lobe nodule containing calcium and macroscopic fat diagnostic of a hamartoma.
