Presentation

Follow-up known pulmonary lymphoma.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female
ct

Multifocal peribronchial mass-like consolidation and ground-glass opacity. Some areas of consolidation have air bronchograms. Prominent but not definitely enlarged axillary lymph nodes, no mediastinal lymphadenopathy.

Case Discussion

This patient was being followed for known pulmonary MALT lymphoma and the findings had been stable for at least 5 years. The peribronchial distribution is typical. Pulmonary lymphoma may have air bronchograms.
