Presentation

Dry cough that started 5 months ago. He developed difficulty breathing 1 week ago.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male
  • Frontal chest x ray shows bilateral micronodular insterstitial effusion.
  • Left apical bronchiectasis at the level of the pulmonary lingula, which corresponds to a granulomatous infectius process.
  • There is a pleural apical thickening.
