Rectosigmoid adenocarcinoma

There is marked asymmetrical increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration at rectosigmoid junction measuring about 11cm in length, accompanied by several small regional lymph nodes. There is no sign of local invasion to adjacent structures.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
A few non-enhanced simple cortical cysts are seen in both kidneys, with maximum diameters of 32mm.
Degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the lumbar spine.
Scoliosis with left ward convexity is present at lumbar spine.
