Right-sided calcification of the reflected tendon of the straight head of the rectus femoris tendon. There is no iliac spine fracture.
No peritoneal free fluid.
There is a small urinary bladder stone measuring 2 mm.
Case Discussion
Typical features of a post-traumatic rectus femoris heterotopic ossification. This calcification may avulse/fracture and simulate an avulsion fracture of the anterior inferior iliac spine.
