Painful swelling of the left pelvic wall in a patient treated for COVID-19 pneumonia with anticoagulants. No history of trauma.

There is a large mass of the left pelvic wall of complex signal measuring 10 x 7.5 x 5.5 cm centered on the rectus abdominis muscle. It elicits an intermediate signal on T1 with areas of high signal and numerous areas of fluid-fluid levels on T2.
