Presentation
Presents with right dorso-lateral foot pain, 7 weeks after sustaining a tibial fracture. Patient has been managed in ankle brace for the duration of the recovery period.

Reduced bone density with 'pencilling' appearance in the tarsal bones.
No fracture, no erosions.
Case Discussion
The patient was in prolonged immobility secondary to ankle brace use. It is uncommonly seen in children. Features of type 1 CRPS: no underlying nerve lesion (commonest type).
