Early opacification of the right renal vein in the arterial phase.
The circumaortic left renal vein is noted as well.
Cirrhotic liver, thrombosed SMV, dilated portosystemic collaterals, and surgically removed spleen are noted as well.
Case Discussion
Renal arteriovenous (AV) shunt is a relatively uncommon condition that could be traumatic or non-traumatic. Clinically, it may present with massive hematuria, retroperitoneal hemorrhage, pain, and high-output heart failure.
