The attenuation value of liver is less than the spleen.
Two small thin walled cysts are seen in segment 5 of the liver.
34mm exophytic enhancing mass is seen in the mid pole of the left kidney. No fat component could be seen in the mass. There is no sign of vascular and adjacent organs invasion.
50mm subserosal fibroma is noted in the uterine fundus.
Case Discussion
Left renal mass, pathology proven renal cell carcinoma, which is a primary malignant adenocarcinomas derived from the renal tubular epithelium and are the most common malignant renal tumor.
