Generalized increased density/osteosclerosis of the imaged bony skeleton.
A well-defined, lytic expansile lesion of the right mandibular body involving the root of the right lower third molar tooth measuring about 3 x 3 x 2.8 cm.
No extension of the lesion beyond the bones. No significant periosteal reaction.
No gross abnormality of the soft tissue.
Case Discussion
Keeping with the history of chronic renal failure and repeated dialysis; the features are likely of renal osteodystrophy with mandibular brown tumor.
