Renal pelvic calculus

There are two radiodense calculi involving the lower calyx and pelvis of the right kidney, the largest one in the renal pelvis with resultant mild dilatation of the calyceal system.
No definite perirenal stranding is seen.
The left kidney is unremarkable.
The rest of the visualized are within normal limits.
Case Discussion
CT KUB findings are of right-sided nephrolithiasis with hydronephrosis, as described above.
No evidence of pyelonephritis is seen.
