A soft tissue heterogeneous enhancing mass lesion with macro-calcification is noted in the posterior chamber of the right globe. Neither the optic disc nor the optic nerve is involved.
Case Discussion
Retinoblastoma is the most common ocular neoplasm in children which more than 90% of the cases are diagnosed before five years of age 1. Calcification is present in 85% of the cases 2.
